1. Cancellations & Refunds Prior to Shipping
We allow cancellations and full refunds for any order that has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@descending.shop. Once your order has shipped, it will fall under our return policy guidelines.


2. Returns for Product Issues or Damage
We accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • An item was missing from your order

  • The product does not match the description on our website

If any of these apply, please reach out within 1 day of delivery so we can assist you promptly.


3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 1 day of receiving your item. You may be asked to provide photos or further details to verify the issue.


4. Return Process

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method if the item is in acceptable condition.


6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that:

7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return is due to our error.
